Céline Da Graça Pires - Consulting
Enhancing Corporate Due Diligence to Safeguard Human Rights and the Environment
WHO WE ARE
We are a business and human rights consultancy that helps companies to continuously improve their human rights performance.
Our approach focuses on the implementation of robust and ongoing human rights due diligence processes that enable companies to systematically identify, prevent and mitigate potential and actual human rights risks. We leverage the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) as a fundamental compass, complemented by a holistic understanding of both soft law and hard law regulatory landscapes.
We help companies transform human rights considerations from compliance obligations into real opportunities for positive and transformative impact on the ground, through meaningful stakeholder engagement and appropriate responses to adverse impacts.
